Reset your password

Regain access if you forgot your password, or change it while signed in.

Required permission: None — available to any account.

Forgot your password

Section titled “Forgot your password”
  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot your password?.
  2. Enter your account Work email and click Send me reset password instructions.
  3. Check your inbox for the reset email, and click the link in it.
  4. Enter a Password and Password confirmation (8 characters minimum), then click Change my password.

You’re signed in automatically once the new password is set.

Change your password while signed in

Section titled “Change your password while signed in”
  1. Click your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar → Setting.
  2. On the Your profile tab, enter a New password and Password confirmation.
  3. Enter your Current password to confirm the change.
  4. Click Update profile.

Notes

Section titled “Notes”
  • The password-reset email link expires after a period of time — if it no longer works, request a new one.
  • If the reset or confirmation email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder before requesting another.
