Payment method
Section titled “Payment method”The payment method is managed through Paddle, Tooling Metrics’ payment processor. It is not stored directly in Tooling Metrics.
To update the payment method:
- Go to Billing and Plans → Billing and Usages.
- Click View subscription details.
- Click Update payment method. The Paddle payment form opens in a dialog.
- Add or replace the card on file, and save.
Supported payment methods depend on your country and are managed entirely by Paddle.
- Billing address changes take effect on the next invoice. Existing invoices are not retroactively updated.
- The legal name on invoices is drawn from the Company Name field of the billing address.
- If no billing address is saved, invoices are generated without company details.
